Clematis ‘Boulevard Bernadine’

A wonderful, large flowered new variety with beautiful sky blue blooms with a central ridge of white on the reverse of the flower petal. This is a compact form perfect for small gardens and flowers from top to bottom.

Prefers full sun / part shade in a free draining soil.
