Andy started his career many years ago after completing his degree in Horticulture at Bath University. Throughout his career he has held jobs such as Landscape Manager for York Health Authority, Glasshouse Foreman and Head of Horticulture at Askham Bryan College. He has always been hands-on with all aspects of the business, carrying out landscaping work and plant propagation, as well as passing on his experience to other members of the team.
