Rachael moved into horticulture 10 years ago after her life as an aerialist with Exponential Aerial Theatre, after completing the Advanced National Certificate in Horticulture and in Garden Design. She has designed many outdoor spaces and held the post of Horticulture Apprenticeship Course Manager at Askham Bryan College. For Wykeham Gardens she carries out the design work and is responsible for plant sales and plant propagation.
