Miscanthus ‘Aligator’

A new introduction, Miscanthus ‘Alligator’ is one of the tallest ornamental grasses available, with stunning variegated green and yellow leaves which look like alligator skin markings. Tall silver-purple flower plumes in late summer makes it a superb addition to a mixed or perennial border. A dramatic presence and useful as screening in summer.

We also stock ‘Strictus’, ‘Zebrina’ and ‘Little Zebra’.

Prefers full sun or part shade in a free draining soil.
