A Landscaping and Plant Nursery Assistant…The office life not terribly appealing? Enjoy sunshine and fresh air?How about a job working outdoors, creating gardens, and working with plants in our nursery?Wykeham Gardens is looking for a reliable and motivated person to work 2 or 3 days a week, for the Summer season from April to October. You will be joining a family run business where teamwork and respect for each other is at the forefront of what we do.Key responsibilities will include:• Ground preparation and planting• Grass cutting• Pruning and hedge cutting• Some hard landscaping (patios)• Weeding• Potting plants at the nursery• Watering and plant care• Selling to customers. You should be:• Interested in plants and horticulture• Willing to work outside• Not be afraid of hard work!This is a great opportunity for someone interested in Horticulture to learn from an experienced team and to develop a wide range of skills. Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
